The Nominating Committee ("NC") has proposed Mr Yang to be re-designated as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Executive Director of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board"), having considered the recommendation of the NC and assessment of the performance, qualifications and work experience of Mr Yang, is of the view that he has the requisite experience and capability to assume the responsibilities of CEO and Executive Director of the Company. |
